- Contest commences February 1, 2012. To be eligible, all entries must be received on or before December 31, 2012, the contest closing date. Limit one entry per person. Each online entry entitles an entrant to four chances to win each month for the balance of the year after the ballot is submitted. Source For Sports® and Revolve Marketing, are not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, delayed, destroyed, lost or misdirected.
- A total of forty-four (44), $250.00 “Shopping Sprees” prizes will be awarded. There are four (4) “Shopping Sprees” each month and each month is specific to product sold by the company featured that month unless otherwise specified. Each monthly Shopping Spree Contest ends on the last business day of the month in which they are promoted. Total retail value of each monthly Shopping Spree is $1000.00 CAD.
- A random draw of four eligible Source For Sports® stores will be made on the last business day of each month to determine the location of where the selected entrants will be drawn. A draw will then take place at the selected winning stores of all eligible entries received at that store by the last business day of the month. In order to win, the selected entrant will have to answer, unaided, a time limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question posed during a telephone interview, in person, by mail or by fax. The odds of being selected will depend on total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by the selected winning store within two business days. Contact will only be made with the selected entrant.
- To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must be of or over the age of majority and a resident of Canada who is not an employee of, a member of the immediate family of or domicile with an employee of Source For Sports®, Revolve Marketing, or their affiliated companies, agents, advertising agencies, contest prize suppliers or the independent contest organization.
- By entering, each contestant agrees to abide by these rules and regulations and the decisions of the contest organization, which are final. All entries become the property of the contest sponsors and none will be returned. The selected winner(s) may be required to sign standard forms of release and consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any publicity carried out by Source For Sports®, Revolve Marketing or their agencies without further compensation. Source For Sports® will not share or sell your personal information to any third party organizations.
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
- The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. At their election, for any reason whatsoever, Source For Sports® and Revolve Marketing may substitute any component of the prize with a prize of equivalent value. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to Régie des Alcools, de course des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
